Garbage-tier ballhead (and likely tripod). Invest no less than $120 in a ballhead and $200 in a tripod. Ideally $150 and $300.

The lens is designed to fail at the mount in case of accidents, you can send it to Olympus/OM System and have it repaired.

clamshell unibody design, xt1 is the same.
the strap lugs are also mounted in really weak spots.
xt3 has a completely different assembly with an internal frame it seems, but i havent had any hands on experience with it
