no, its too much work for engineers to implement anythign other than the bare minimum and project managers also know that they know more than you do about your job.
All designs are unworthy if they can't be implemented in a 2 week sprint. And if your site is already built upon band-aid solutions, the time frame doesnt suffice and you only end up adding more bandaids.
That only means you created a product that is undesirable for your employer.
Should someone be capable to disrupt, we would definitely see that disruption spreading.

Simply use Tailwind + Headless and be done with worthless designers who expect a six figures salary for MS Painting some boxes around the screen, as if the regular end-user will recognize the change. The AI designers can't come soon enough
